Personal data policy

1. Prices
All prices are provided in EUR/NOK/SEK and includes VAT. Shipping cost will be added in the checkout, unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices due, without prior notice.

2. Delivery and Shipping
Orders made during weekdays are normally sent out the following business day. Shipping time varies depending on chosen mode of shipping and destination of package. In general, shipping time is 2-5 days. Shipments within the Nordic Region are normally shipped via Post Nord, Bring and DHL. Packages are delivered to mailbox or regular pick up service area. The company is responsible for the package during shipping.

3. Subscriptions
We normally send your subscription monthly on the same day each month, day 1 to 28, depending on when you start your subscription.
You can choose the day for the next delivery in connection with your first subscription order. You can also choose at what interval you want the subscription. Default interval is monthly but you can choose every 15 days, every month, every other month, every three months and every four months.
The same payment method that you choose at checkout for your subscription will be used when your order information is sent to our third-party logistics for immediate delivery.
To administer your subscription, log in to your account and select "Subscriptions", or contact us.
You can change, pause a period or cancel your subscription at any time, but no later than 5 days before the next scheduled delivery.

4. Payment
We cooperate with a number of payment providers. Payments can be made using debit/credit card, payment in advance, direkt payment via bank and Klarna, available in certain geographic areas. When paying by card, your card will be charged when your order information is sent to our third-party logistics for immediate delivery. An order confirmation will be sent to your email when your order has been paid which confirms that we have received your order and payment.

5. Uncollected shipments
For any package that is not picked up/received and possibly returned, there will be an in and out-service charge, shipping costs and administrative fees for the handling of packages that are returned to the company.

6. Change or cancel orders
Any changes or cancellation of order must be initiated and completed before processing of the order. In the event the order has been processed and shipped, we, the Company, must be contacted, and administrative fees may be applied.

7. Defective or damaged item
In the event the order contains a products that is received damaged/wrong product, you need to contact the company within 30 days from receipt of order. In the event the product received is received in an unacceptable manner, the company needs to be notified within 30 days of the receipt of the product. In the event you discover any problems 30 days and later, you first need to contact the company prior to any attempts of returning a product. When returning a product, it must be returned in a manner in which it was received, along with a return notice describing the problem. A new product/replacement will be sent upon the determining of a faulty initial shipment of a product. Any discrepancy will be determined by the Allmänna reklamationsnämndens rekommendation.

8. Right of withdrawal
Any customer can exchange or return the products within 30 days of purchase (applies to any unbroken/unopened packages) or return the product/purchase within 30 days of purchasing (applies to unopened packages). The company must be contacted prior to returning a package. You need to state the reason and provide a receipt. For an exchange, the customer is responsible for the return freight. The purchaser of the order is responsible for any shipping cost and applicable administrative fees.

9. Integrity and confidentiality
When ordering products, the customer agrees to the terms and the conditions of the company as well as that the storing of personal information applicable to the purchase follows Terms & Conditions, and the law of PUL and The EU Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Credit card information is handled according to the security regulations of and by the banks and credit institutions that handle the credit card payments. No information submitted to the Company will be sold or handed over to a third party beyond what is necessary to execute orders.

10. Responsibility for use of the products
The customer is responsible for his intake and use of products. The product should be taken at the recommended dose and should not be exceeded. The products should not be used as an alternative to a healthy and varied diet. When taking medication, a doctor should first be consulted before a diet change occurs.

11. Cookies
As a customer of ours you agree that we will send you a cookie that is saved on your computer. The cookie contains information that enables us to quickly handle the customer when they want to make a purchase. Cookie is a small text file that is stored on the user's computer when they register as a customer with us.

What is personal information?

Broadview Life Sciences AB records and collects information about the Customer in connection with the order / purchase. This information is provided by the Customer by acting on our behalf. It is information about names and contact details that are collected.
